120 Edward St in Brisbane's CBD stands as a symbol of modern architecture and sustainability
Developed by FKP in 2001, 120 Edward St in Brisbane's Central CBD precinct stands as a symbol of modern architecture and sustainability, boasting an impressive 4.5-star NABERS Energy rating that highlights its commitment to environmentally conscious practices.
The property is located on the cusp of the Golden Triangle, sharing a border with the up and coming Midtown precinct that is due to benefit from the Albert St Cross River Rail station. This precinct is home to a plethora of blue chip companies, including Rio Tinto, Boeing, Anglo American and a myriad of Government agencies.
RBM Systems was engaged by our supply partner Dewpoint Group to supply all hydronic equipment for the project. This collaboration aimed to seamlessly integrate cutting-edge HVAC equipment which included flanged air & dirt separators, a large 5,000L chilled water buffer tank, expansion tanks complete with safety relief valves and automatic pressurisation units.
All products were delivered and commissioned in June 2023.
