RBM has been announced as the successful HVAC component supplier for the JQZ development at 88 Christie Street, St Leonards.

The focal point in St Leonards’ monumental urban transformation, Eighty Eight By JQZ places residents front and centre to transport, leisure and absolute luxury. Whilst breathtaking Harbour and City Skyline views take centre stage in the apartments above, the ground-level offerings will bring CBD-style living to the North Shore.

This project features approximately 700 units, 30,000 sqm of commercial and retail space containing an open-air civic plaza, modern retail and dining precinct, a major supermarket, and a brand new public library which is expected to be one of the most advanced in the country.

RBM is delivering a full product package for this project including the RBM Airterm Dirt flanged Air & Dirt Separators, Zilmet expansion vessels, Stainless steel chemical dosing pots, and heating safety valves.

The delivery and installation of the RBM products are planned for late November 2021.

This will be RBM's first project with the mechanical contractor Crest Mechanical who has been successfully operating in the commercial contracting sector for over 36 years.
