RBM Rinox Plus M adjustable pressure reducing valves used on both cold and hot water

In 2021, RBM was engaged on behalf of our supply partner Drillcut, and construction company Hickory, to supply the pressure reducing valves for the exciting Victoria & Vine residences in Collingwood.

This New York style development comprises a multi storey apartment building and will blend retail and residential across nine buildings, bordered by Victoria Parade, Cambridge Street, Derby Street and Wellington Street. The ground floor has 200m of street frontage for 11 retail spaces, including food and beverage offerings, as well as 241 apartments, ground floor commercial offices and a community arts space.

The Cox Architects design is inspired by New York’s Meatpacking District referencing the iconic Collingwood Foy and Gibson warehouse. Victoria and Vine will showcase façade elements incorporating glazing, precast panels and snap-on brickwork elements to exhibit the warehouse-style design.

The RBM Plus M adjustable pressure reducing valves are watermark approved for use in potable water applications. The diaphragm operated valves feature a wide controlled outlet range between 80-700kPa and can handle a maximum incoming pressure for cold water up to 2,500kPa.

This is one of a number of hydraulic plumbing projects RBM is currently involved with in Victoria.
