AVEO has invested $68 million into the third stage of Parkside Carindale – which will be the largest retirement community in South Eastern Brisbane when it’s complete and unrivalled in terms of quality and amenity.

To meet demand the third stage will see a further 100 independent living apartments delivered, comprising of one, two and three bedrooms across nine residential levels of a 10-storey building. Select apartments will provide uninterrupted views across Quota Park.

Parkside Carindale sits on almost three hectares of land only 16 kms south of Brisbane’s CBD, and provides unrivalled retirement living options on the market. Once the six-stage $220+ million development is complete, this retirement community will deliver 431 independent living apartments and residential aged care facilities.

RBM was selected to supply 91 high performance T16 thermostatic mixing valves to ensure all residents receive stable and comfortable hot water supply free of temperature fluctuations. The T16 TMV protects the user from potential scalding as a result of excessive hot water supply by limiting the mixed water to a safe and stable 45 degrees celcius. Approved and certified to Australian standards and for use in department of health applications, the T16 TMV really does deliver comfort and safety through reliability.
