The team at RBM was recently engaged to support our supply partner in providing a full range of hydraulic valves for the Cavcorp development Luminare Apartments in Newstead, Brisbane

The project comprises two buildings, Tower 1 - 15 Storeys containing 190 apartments, 9 retail tenancies, and a rooftop recreation area including a swimming pool. ‍

Tower 2 - 25 Storeys containing 176 apartments, retail tenancies, luxurious swimming pool with sundeck, and a teppanyaki bar.

Luminare will mark Cavcorp's seventh commercial construction project in the Newstead/Teneriffe area.

RBM's supply consisted of the Rinox Plus M range of Pressure Reducing Valves, the T08 Tempering Valve in both 15 and 20mm sizes plus the T16 Thermostatic Mixing Valve supplied in a stainless steel enclosure for easy installation on site.

All products supplied for this project are Watermark approved for safe potable water applications.

The expected delivery and installation of the RBM products are planned for September & October 2021.
